Exigenix buys equipment, and Exigenix sells equipment it holds.

Separate processes, each decided by an Exigenix Representative. Nothing on this site is decided automatically.

When you buy

A unit reaches the catalogue only after it has been through all four of these. Until then it is not listed, whatever else is true of it.

  1. 01Receive and identify. The unit is physically in our possession.
  2. 02Test and grade. It is exercised, the results are recorded, and a grade is assigned against them.
  3. 03Tag and document. It carries a tag stating what was found.
  4. 04List verified units. The tag contents appear verbatim in the listing.
Grades
A · B · C · F. Every unit is graded against a published reference before it can list.
What a price means
A figure is a price. A quote request is not a price and is never shown as one.
What availability means
A number is units on hand. Anything else is a conversation, not a stock level.

When you sell or move equipment

Send what you have. An Exigenix Representative reads it and answers; the site does not price your equipment and does not commit either of us.

  1. 01Describe the equipment. What it is, where it is, how many, and when it has to move.
  2. 02An Exigenix Representative reviews it. Every valuation, brokerage, consignment and purchase request is read.
  3. 03They respond. No valuation is produced automatically, and no turnaround is published, because none is.
What binds
No quote, price or availability binds until the Exigenix sales department confirms it.
