Something you bought is not working.

Describe the fault in your own words. There is no ticket system to learn.

Talk to a specialist

Tell us what the equipment is doing. A partial description is still worth sending — an Exigenix Representative follows up for the rest.

Useful if you have it: the exigenixID or serial from the tag, what changed before it started, and what you have already tried. Send it without them if you do not.

911

For equipment that is down, rather than a question that can wait. 911 opens an incident against your customer account and alerts Technical.

911 is tied to a customer account, because Technical has to know who is calling and which equipment is theirs. It becomes available once you are signed in.

No account yet? Register. Cannot sign in right now? Send the request form on this page — it lands in the same queue.
